Our Vision - At Wrawby St. Mary’s CE Primary School, we strive for a full life in mind, body, heart and spirit to plan, prosper and give hope and a future to all. We believe in a journey of education enabling every child to feel love, challenge and excitement as they access skills to build future pioneers and leaders. Our school is a beacon of hope and sign of the kingdom.

Year 5 and Year 6

Welcome to Class 4

Our teacher is Miss Balderson

Welcome to our class page! We have an exciting year ahead, filled with brilliant learning, creative projects, and new adventures. This is where we’ll share all the amazing things we get up to—so keep checking in to see our latest achievements!

WB 13.10.25

This week class 4 thoroughly enjoyed their ICT lesson, using real-world databases. They used their knowledge of the different fields of information and filtering systems to find the information they needed sufficiently (and may have even found Miss Balderson some good flight deals for half term!) laugh

WB 06.10.25

This week, class 4 enjoyed looking at their first poem of the year called 'The Spinner.' They have enjoyed asking lots of questions, inferring meaning from the poem and beginning to perform to an audience.

Week beginning 15.09.25

This week class 4 have been extremely creative! They have worked brilliantly in English- working together to create sentences to build suspense for our upcoming writing, and they have also shone during Art- creating houses in the style of artist Lowry. Well done class 4!

A Fantastic Start to Year 5/6!

We have had a brilliant start to the new school year in Year 5/6! The children have settled in beautifully and shown fantastic learning behaviours right from the beginning.

This week, our class has worked really well on their times tables and partitioning activities, and I already seen some beautiful handwriting and thoughtful recounts.

It has been wonderful to see their enthusiasm and focus in every lesson and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things they’ll achieve in the months ahead!
