At Wrawby St Mary's we believe in providing children with the skills and knowledge they need to be the future pioneers and leaders of our world. To that aim we have a range of jobs, roles and responsibilities around the school which children can apply for.

The Selection Process:

• Positions are advertised
• Pupils apply and are shortlisted
• Pupils are interviewed
• Successful candidates are appointed
• Training is given
• Children receive a 'salary'
